Upgrading the software on your ComfortLink™ II control will allow you to take advantage of the latest features and system enhancements. To see your currently installed software version, press the “Help” and then “About” buttons on your ComfortLink™ II control.

STEP 1 – Insert a blank SD card into your computer’s SD port or SD card reader.

STEP 2 – Click on the following link to download the latest software upgrade to your computer.

STEP 3 – Follow the instructions for your web browser below:

Google Chrome
- Click “Keep” at the bottom of the browser window
- After file downloads, double click the file name
- Click “Run”

Internet Explorer
- Click “Save” when prompted to save or run the file
- Save file to desktop
- Click “Run” when download is complete
- Click “Run” when asked if you are sure you want to run

Firefox
- Click “Save File” when prompted
- In Downloads window, right click on the file name and select “Open Containing Folder”
- Double click the file name
- Click “Run”

Safari
- Click “Save”
- In Downloads window, right click on the file name and select “Show Containing Folder.”
- Double click the file name
- Click “Run”

STEP 4 – Once the application opens, use the “Browse” button to select the location of your SD card and select “Okay.”

STEP 5 – Select “Next” to copy the software upgrade files to the SD card and, when completed, click “Finish”.

STEP 6 – Remove/eject the SD card from your computer.

STEP 7 – Insert the SD card into your ComfortLink™ II control.

STEP 8 – Press… Menu > Settings > Screen > Reboot on the control to start the install process. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the software upgrade.
